2. Placing An Order

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We cannot be responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
• An order is only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation and payment has been authorised.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• The total price, including any delivery charge, is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering for online orders.
• We accept payment by major credit and debit cards through our secure payment provider.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Delivery & Collection

• Estimated delivery and collection times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed.
• Delivery times may be longer during peak periods, on weekends and on public holidays.
• Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
• Someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the order.

5. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements

Our kitchen handles all 14 regulated allergens. You must inform us of any allergy or intolerance before placing your order. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any dish is free from trace allergens. Full information is available on our Allergen Information page.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

7. Our Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.
